Create memories that will last a lifetime with family/friends in this perfectly-located home to experience all that Color Country has to offer. Then come home and relax! The kids will love the spacious yard, gaming console, and Smart TV's. You'll appreciate the ultra-comfortable beds to recharge at night. You'll all love being outside around the fire pit or on the patio furniture during the cooler times of Summer (early morning/late evening), or just about any time of day in the Spring/Fall, or the warmer times of Winter (late-morning through early evening).
The Rules
Property Management
Since we live far away, we employ Redsands Vacations Management to handle the day-to-day operations for our vacation rental home. They are available 24/7 for any need that arises during your stay. Redsands has been a great company for us to work with; they are very responsive and will make sure your stay is comfortable and as worry-free as possible. If you need anything during your stay, don't hesitate to contact them at:
+1 (435) 688-7263
Redsands also provides a tablet in the home that is a convenient way to communicate with them and to get local information and recommendations.
The Seasons
Spring is a thing of beauty in the desert with cactus and other desert blossoms in all their glory and weather to die for! If you are lucky, you'll get to smell the desert after a rainstorm and see new life all around that is only visible for a short time during the year and highly dependent on rainfall. Waterfalls appear out of nowhere and are gone just as fast. Get out on your favorite hikes, explore new areas, or hit Spring Break in St. George with all of the celebration of life going on. The St. George Art Festival and tons of other events throughout Spring are sure to give you more options to chose from than you will have time for.
Summer is HOT and a great time to enjoy watersports at the nearby Sand Hollow Reservoir or Quail Creek Reservoir. We have room for you boat or other personal watercraft, or there are nearby rental shops. Paddle boarding and kayaking are favorite pastimes as well. Summer is the most crowded time at the parks, so be sure to plan ahead for shuttles, reservations/lotteries to see your desired attractions and hikes.
Fall is an incredible time to see Color Country. As if the natural red, white, black, and yellow rock formations aren't colorful enough, the leaves take on various hues of yellow, orange, and red depending on the time and climate. Expect foliage to start turning as early as late September, with peak colors generally in mid October, depending on how temperatures have changed.
Fall temperatures in this area can't be beat. It's the best time of year to get out and enjoy the scenery, hike the trails, hit the adventure OHV areas, and just love being in the great outdoors. With smaller crowds and amazing fall backdrops, if you've never experienced Zion National Park in the Fall, book now. It's worth missing school for!
Find some open-air dining in St. George, somewhere with live music, or lay out a picnic in one of several city parks and just breath the fresh fall air. It will work wonders for your soul.
Love to golf? Southern Utah is the place with around 18 golf courses with the best scenery any golfer could dream of. In the Fall, enjoy the wonderful golfing climate instead of melting in the summer heat!
With hot air balloon rides and helicopter tours over the vast red desert, canyons, and colorful mountains, the sky is the limit to the fun you can have, so Contact Us now to book your stay directly with us and save money!
Winter in Zion and Color country is amazing. With the chance to see white powdery snow contrast with the the natural red and other colors in the rock formations, you may stumble upon scenery unparalleled that you will never forget. Work in a ski trip to Brian Head Resort, Utah's highest altitude developed skiing experience, or enjoy the smaller crowds and favorable hiking conditions around the parks. Golf with snow caped Pine Valley Mountain in the backdrop, or just come relax in the hot tub and back yard. Vacation your way. Winter is the slowest time of year for bookings and has the best pricing available on non-holiday times.
Bring Your Big Toys- there is plenty of room to park your boat, RV, trailer with UTVs, or other toys outside, as well as a two-car garage. Slanted curbs around the side and front of the home make for easy additional parking. Picnic baskets, coolers, and camp chairs are also on hand for your outings and adventures.

ABOUT US
Hello, and thanks for checking out Serenity Now - Color Country. We are excited to be able to share our home away from home with you, and hope you will love it as much as we do. We grew up in the Southern Utah and have dreamed of owning property there ever since. Over the last couple of decades, we've been growing and raising our family, 2 sons and 4 daughters, first in the Houston, TX area, and now in the Denver, CO area. Someday we hope to be able to move back to Color Country and enjoy its unique combination of scenery, adventure, and great people year-round. For now, we feel blessed to own a little patch of red dirt.
In 2021, we started Cherry Tree Corp. to start acquiring and managing vacation rental properties. Serenity Now - Color Country is our first property. It was previously used as a vacation rental and had great reviews and we have made it even better with new and better beds, linens, towels, art, other furniture, landscaping and outdoor furniture and fire pit, and family entertainment options.
Our company goal is to have a portfolio of properties that our shareholders can enjoy as a shareholder perk. Investing... with benefits! We'd love to speak with you if you have an interest in investing in the vacation rental industry with the benefit of having a clean and comfortable place in which to stay every year in a variety of great destination locations.
We hope to hear from you soon! Enjoy your stay!

We traveled from Las Vegas to Zion and stayed at this VRBO. Delightful and perfect. The home had everything we could want and more. The kitchen was better stocked then the timeshare we had in Vegas. Travel from the VRBO to both Zion and Bryce was easy. The fire pit out back was perfect to ending our days, even with snow.

One of the best. Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, located in a safe neighborhood and affordable. Great communication with the owner. Really nice coffee table books with hiking trail ideas, restaurants, and other local attractions. Located on the west side of Zion. We drove to the east side for a hike and it was a beautiful drive - not too long - and straight through Zion (breathtaking). We also took the opportunity to sneak up to Kolob Canyon (about 20 minutes north).

Sister's Weekend at Zion. Now that the kids are grown and we have more freedom to travel, three sisters from three different states got to spend some quality time together at this well-appointed property. Having separate bedrooms, but shared living spaces, worked out perfectly for us. The property description was spot on, and the location worked great for early morning access to Zion with an easy drive home after a long day of hiking. If you are looking for a base camp for your own Zion adventure, you've found a gem!

The house is 20 minutes away from Zion, close to grocery store and gas station. The kitchen has all amenities. Owner supplies paper towels, dish soap, sponges, coffee filters, coffee, tea and a lot of spices. Very nicely decorated and furnished. The reason for the 4 star review, instead of 5, is the house could be cleaner. The rug in bathroom did not look clean, shower curtain needs a good scrubbing, there are stains on the carpet and toilets/sinks could be cleaner. I would still stay in a vrbo rather than a hotel.

-The above review was made while under previous ownership and management. Redsands Management does a phenomenal job cleaning between guests. After buying the property, we had the home professionally deep cleaned, replaced towels, linens, mattresses, bedroom furniture, bath mats and shower curtains, and scrubbed the 20-yr old porcelains as clean as they can come for their age and our hard water in Southern Utah. If anything is not clean to your expectations, give Redsands a call and they will come and make it right!
Quiet, clean and near Zion. We wanted to be in a quiet, small town location near Zion and that is exactly what we got. The house was clean and had all the basic items you need for a stay, plus garage access. We stayed 3 nights. Spent one day exploring Saint George and another going to Zion. Both are 20+ minutes away but easy to get to. There is also a delicious restaurant, Stage Coach Grille, in walking distance. We never had any need to reach out to the hosts during our stay, however, Giuseppe was readily available to answer all our pre-arrival questions. We would stay here again!

Zion stay! The property was close to Zion and Kolob Canyon. The beds were comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and everything we needed was there. Very spacious and cozy place! The touch that we all, including kids, absolutely loved were a few books made by the owners with beautiful picture of parks and places, explanation to each hike and much more. We learned about Kolob Canyon from the book and the hike there with the views was spectacular and made our week! Thank you!
